Vegan No-Bake Coconut Energy Ball

1. Blend: coconut flakes, soaked dates and almond. Substitue almond for any nuts of choice. I used Iran Rabbi Dates here.
2. Ensure mixture binds together and can be managed, if not add more dates to

4. Store in refrigerator and you now have snacks to-go.

Coconut is high in fibre and several important minerals such as manganese and copper. However, do keep in mind that coconut is high in saturated fat so consume in moderation.
