Sweet & Sour Hericium/ Lion Mane Mushroom.

1. Soak hericium mushroom.
2. Coat in: flour + water.
3. Coat with oat bran, also some sesame seed. Because don't have breadcrumbs.
4. Bake for about 20mins at 180 degrees. 5. Water sauté veges: carrot, bell pepper, tomato, shallots, garlic, ginger.
6. Sweet sour sauce: heinz's tomato sauce, white vinegar.
7. Add water.
8. Add baked hericium. Also added some tempeh here.
9. Served mine with millet, lettuce and watercress.
10. Garnish: toasted sesame seed, cilantro.
