Vegan Dark Chocolate Oats Ball

1. Melt dark chocolate. I use Whittaker's Ghana Peppermint.

2. Mix with: rolled oats, rice puffs, flax egg (ground flax + water), nuts of choice. I use almond here.

3. Shape into a ball shape or any desired shape.

4. Let sit in refrigerator for about 2-3hours.
