Overnight Oats.

1. Put into a jar (or any container/bowl): rolled oats, nuts and seeds of choice. I used chia seed, ground flax, raisins, pumpkin seed, goji berry.
2. Add any spices or seasonings that you want. I use cinammon powder, cacao powder, 3. Add enough vegan milk or water to cover above the oats. Take note that the oats will absorb the water and expand. I used water here.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Topped with some fruits or toppings if you want. I use blueberry, hemp seed.
