Homemade Vegan Miso Ramen

Homemade Vegan Miso Ramen Bamboo charcoal. Miso, about three tsp. Shiitake mushroom. Garlic. Hot broad bean paste, the only broad bean paste I have, so only a little. Maple syrup. .

1. Sauteed the Shiitake mushrooms and garlic .

2. Add Miso paste, broad bean paste, and maple syrup.

3. Add sufficient amount of water, take note that some water will evaporate while cooking.

4. Cook ramen according to instructions, separately. Then drained and placed in into a bowl.

5. Add in Miso soup and garnished with green onions and bean sprouts (optional).

. Finally got my hands on miso. First try, cravings satisfied yay. Boiled edammame on the side.
