Homemade Stovetop Popcorn.

1. Lay a single layer of corn kernels on a pan. Do not overcrowd it as it takes up space after popping.
2. Heat it over medium flame with lid on.
3. Takes about 10mins for the popcorn to start popping.
4. Shake every now and then to prevent burnt popcorns.
5. Turn off heat and let sit for awhile while it continues to pop.
6. Dressing: maple syrup and nutritional yeast.
