Homemade Granola

1. Dry ingredient: oats, puffed rice, nuts and seeds of choice. I used walnuts, almond, pumpkin seed.
2. Wet ingredient: maple syrup, peanut butter. Also added black sesame spread as my homemade peanut butter was too little.
3. Bake for about 30mins at 150 Celsius, stirring in between.
4. Add any dried fruits or seeds when it's done. I used raisins, ground flax, chia seed.
5. Serve up with some vegan milk, smoothie bowl, or just snack it on it's own.
